Terms of sale
Offers, pricing, and the current closed-purchase boundary.

Seller and current commercial state
The seller, when sales open, is Jean-Francois Dufour trading as PM Control Workbench.Purchasing is not currently open. You can review the product and pricing, but purchases are not currently available. These terms describe intended offers. They do not form a purchase contract while purchasing remains closed.
Offers
- Individual Annual — €449 per year, excluding applicable tax, named individual, non-transferable.
- Individual Perpetual — €1,249 once, excluding applicable tax; permanent use of the eligible version; 12 months of updates included. Later updates may be offered separately under the terms and prices then applicable.
- Company — €999 per seat per year, excluding applicable tax; company-owned seats, reassignable between employees; self-service 1–25 seats.
- Larger organisation (more than 25 seats) — contact. No self-service checkout and no separate product edition.
Contract formation
No online checkout currently creates a paid contract, tax invoice, or production licence. A browser success URL is not payment authority. Merchant of record and invoice issuer will be Jean-Francois Dufour unless a later notice says otherwise. VAT treatment follows applicable law once sales open; no UID is published.
Payment and delivery
Card details are not collected on this site. Production installers are not transferred from this website. A licence, when later issued, is a signed entitlement for the Workbench, separate from project files.
Renewal and cancellation
Individual Annual and Company are described as annual subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Individual Perpetual has no usage renewal. Public cancellation and refund mechanics will be stated before sales open.
Consumers
If a consumer later buys online, mandatory Austrian and EU consumer rights apply, including information duties under the FAGG and statutory conformity under the VGG where those laws apply. See Withdrawal and consumer rights.
Liability
Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, is not excluded where Austrian law forbids exclusion. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. No additional warranty, availability SLA, or liability cap is published.
Governing law
Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the consumer’s country of residence.
