Seller and current commercial state

The seller, when sales open, is Jean-Francois Dufour trading as PM Control Workbench.Purchasing is not currently open. You can review the product and pricing, but purchases are not currently available. These terms describe intended offers. They do not form a purchase contract while purchasing remains closed.

Offers

• Individual — €149 once, excluding applicable tax, for one named professional. Permanent use of the eligible purchased commercial release; no subscription, renewal or maintenance fee.
• Future commercial releases are not automatically included and may require a new purchase. Upgrade pricing, discounts, free upgrades and future development are not promised.
• Organisation requirements — contact us; no public organisation price or self-service company offer.

Contract formation

No online checkout currently creates a paid contract, tax invoice, or production licence. A browser success URL is not payment authority. Merchant of record and invoice issuer will be Jean-Francois Dufour unless a later notice says otherwise. VAT treatment follows applicable law once sales open; no UID is published.

Payment and delivery

Card details are not collected on this site. Eligible supplied packages are available publicly without an account. A licence is a signed entitlement for the Workbench, separate from project files.

One-time purchase and support

No recurring payment or automatic trial conversion. Documentation, structured bug reports and best-effort written installation/licensing troubleshooting are the support channels. No SLA, calls, consulting, training, custom development, feature delivery or status reporting is included.

Paid public launch requires review of the final licence, consumer withdrawal and digital-content consent, conformity remedies and liability wording. These intended terms are not a completed legal review. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Consumers

If a consumer later buys online, mandatory Austrian and EU consumer rights apply, including information duties under the FAGG and statutory conformity under the VGG where those laws apply. See Withdrawal and consumer rights.

Liability

Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, is not excluded where Austrian law forbids exclusion. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. No additional warranty, availability SLA, or liability cap is published.

Governing law

Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the consumer’s country of residence.
