Open workflowsProject work stays on your computer. An online account holds identity and licence records only.

Open release notesEach Workbench workspace is a local SQLite database on the user’s computer. Project records, attachments, backups, and exports stay under the user’s control. The website account does not store project content.
The current public line is a Windows portable package. Approved users start it from the supplied launcher. Keep the package on a fixed local drive. Synchronised folders such as OneDrive are not a supported live location.
Saved means the change has been committed in the local workspace database. A second browser tab cannot take over an already open writable workspace.
Use the product’s verified backup and Backup Explorer restore paths. Copying a live database file while the Workbench is running is not a restore method.
Use explicit export and portable package paths when information needs to leave the Workbench. There is no cloud sync and no multi-user editing of the same workspace.
Identity alone does not grant use. A signed licence is bound to a device. Copying the portable folder does not copy activation. Offline use follows the issued licence and recorded grace rules.
The paid term remains valid through its signed 14-day renewal grace. After that, existing work remains readable, searchable, exportable, and recoverable; normal editing pauses.
The perpetual licence grants permanent use rights to the eligible purchased version, subject to the documented activation and device rules. Twelve months of updates are included. Further updates may be offered separately later.
The current public line is a portable Windows package. Removing the application folder uninstalls it. Project data lives in the local workspace database the user chose; delete that workspace, its backups, and exports separately if the data should not remain.
