Licence grant

The launch licence grants one named individual a non-exclusive right to use the purchased eligible release of PM Control Workbench. Identity alone does not grant product use. Approved stable packages are downloadable without an account. Purchaser accounts serve licence issuance and recovery.

Ownership

The software, branding, and documentation remain the operator’s intellectual property, except for third-party components distributed with their own notices. Project content created by the user remains under the user’s control in the local Workbench.

Named-individual permanent licence

The intended launch offer is €149 once for one named individual, including professional and commercial use. The signed entitlement has no usage expiry or recurring online validation. Installed valid licences remain locally verifiable during service outages or retirement.

Eligible purchased commercial release

Purchase grants permanent use of the purchased eligible release. PM Control Workbench may make corrective or maintenance builds eligible for that licence where appropriate or legally required. Future commercial releases are not automatically included unless explicitly stated and may require a new purchase. Semantic version numbers do not define entitlement. No future release, feature, maintenance schedule or feature-delivery entitlement is promised. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Existing issued licences keep the terms recorded at issuance.

Activation and recovery

Initial issuance and replacement-device activation require the licensing service. A licence file is device-bound. Keep the saved licence and protected device identity; a project backup does not recreate lost activation keys. A full 30-day trial needs no card and never converts automatically. After expiry, editing pauses and reading, search, export, backup and recovery remain available.

Final grant, assignment, consumer-rights and liability wording require legal review before paid public launch. This description does not waive mandatory rights.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute the product as your own, sublicense it, or reverse engineer it except to the extent mandatory law permits. No SLA is claimed.

Termination

A permanent entitlement does not expire through elapsed time, service outage, issuer-certificate expiry or a maintenance cutoff. The explicit eligible commercial release and device binding remain part of the signed grant. Mandatory rights and any lawful termination require the applicable reviewed terms.

Warranty and liability

Statutory consumer conformity rights are not limited where they cannot be limited. For business use, no additional warranty or availability commitment is published. See the terms of sale for the liability posture.
