Software licence
Annual, perpetual, and company-seat licence terms.

Licence grant
When a licence is issued, it grants a non-exclusive right to use PM Control Workbenchaccording to the licence model recorded for that entitlement. Identity alone does not grant product use. This website does not currently transfer a production package.
Ownership
The software, branding, and documentation remain the operator’s intellectual property, except for third-party components distributed with their own notices. Project content created by the user remains under the user’s control in the local Workbench.
Individual Annual
Named individual, professional and commercial use, permanently assigned and non-transferable, billed annually. Use follows the paid term plus a documented 14-day signed renewal grace. Device activations follow the licence record issued at grant time.
Individual Perpetual
Named individual, non-transferable. Perpetual means continued use of the eligible purchased version after included update coverage ends. It does not mean perpetual updates, perpetual new major versions, or a promise that licensing infrastructure will operate forever. Twelve months of updates are included. After that period, further updates or upgrades may be offered separately under the terms and prices then applicable.
Company
The organisation owns seats and may reassign them between employees. Self-service quantity is 1–25 seats. Larger organisations are a contact path, not a different product.
Account validation and offline use
Licensing is signed and self-hosted. Offline use, grace, and reactivation follow the issued licence and device records. This licence does not promise uninterrupted use if the licensing authority is unreachable beyond those recorded rules.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute the product as your own, sublicense it except as a company seat assignment allows, or reverse engineer it except to the extent mandatory law permits. No SLA is claimed.
Termination
An annual licence ends when the paid term and any recorded grace end, or if the licence is lawfully revoked. A perpetual licence does not end merely because update eligibility ends.
Warranty and liability
Statutory consumer conformity rights are not limited where they cannot be limited. For business use, no additional warranty or availability commitment is published. See the terms of sale for the liability posture.
