Getting started

Start with one project and the work you need to track.

Open the Windows package

Approved pilot users receive a Windows package. Keep it on a fixed local drive and start it with the supplied launcher.

Bring in the essentials

Add project details, actions, and meeting notes. You can also paste a structured action or document list, review the preview, and apply it.

Keep it current

Update owners, dates, and status as work progresses. Project data stays on your computer; share explicit exports and keep backups. There is no cloud sync or shared-workspace editing.

Automatically refresh the export in a location you choose, such as a folder synced with OneDrive or SharePoint. Use your organisation’s approved AI tools to analyse projects, investigate variances, prepare briefings or decide what needs attention.

Explicit PMCW relationships add high-confidence context about how records connect. Your AI can still reason over the full exported project dataset.
